Go to iOS Settings β Privacy & Security β Microphone β BaReader and toggle it on. Then restart the app.
Switch sensitivity to SLOW in the teleprompter toolbar. Speak clearly, 30β60 cm from the device. In loud bars, position the device as close as possible.
Open the app, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Force close BaReader (swipe up from app switcher) and reopen. If it continues, delete and reinstall β your subscription will be restored via Restore Purchases.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly from Apple.
