These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BaReader mobile application ("App") provided by Pymesoft ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BaReader is a voice-activated cocktail recipe teleprompter designed for bartending professionals and students. The App provides hands-free recipe lookup, ingredient lists, and step-by-step preparation instructions.

BaReader offers the following subscription plans:
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. The price displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase is the amount you will be charged.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to premium features until the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, the unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
BaReader Pro subscribers may create custom recipes within the App. All user-created content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your custom recipes on any server.
You are responsible for backing up your content. BaReader provides a backup and restore feature for this purpose. We are not liable for any loss of user-created content.
BaReader uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to enable hands-free operation. Voice data is processed locally on your device and is not stored, transmitted, or accessed by us. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

The App, including its design, code, default recipes, and branding, is owned by Pymesoft and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Default recipes are provided for educational and reference purposes. You retain ownership of any custom recipes you create.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pymesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will notify users through the App or our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
